Certain proton pump inhibitors
may reduce effect of clopidogrel×
• Especially omeprazole & esomeprazole
• Suggest to change to pantoprazole

- Dosage
- ACS: T Clopidogrel 300 mg stat, then 75 mg OD
Ticagrelor (Brilinta®)
- Clinical use: STEMI awaiting for primary PCI
- Dosage: T Ticagrelor 180 mg stat, then 90 mg BD
- Contraindications
- High bleeding risk; H/O intracranial haemorrhage
- Severe hepatic dysfunction
